Well I have a nikon D50 - which is a decent camera to start with. Really don't know that much about settings etc. It's an 18-55 lens - whatever that means - and it's got a decent macro function. So I put it on the macro mode, zoom out totally and get real close - and seem to get a nice minimum depth of field that way.

Hey, do you have a digi with manual focus? Cos that minimum depth of field is friggin rad! How'd ya do it?
